Welcome
to June!
Greetings and welcome to the month of June. During the month of June, One-Salem will be
focusing on
Friendship. We
have a very special Character Education Assembly this month. A multi-media presentation is going to be
presented to the students that summarizes all of the
themes we have discussed this year. It
is a perfect way to tie together all of the important character traits we have
been focusing on throughout the year.
The assembly will be for students in grades K-6 and will be held on June 2nd at 8:30
a.m. in the Auditorium. Several students
in first grade have been working hard to perform a special production on
friendship; they will perform at the beginning of the assembly. Visitors are always welcome. I hope to see you there.
It is hard to
believe that June is here and another school year has flown by. I would like to thank the students, parents,
teachers, staff and community members for helping make this school year a successful and
positive experience.
I have enjoyed
working with all of you. Thank you.
